Hi, I'm Jack Seagrist. I'm a product manager with an engineering brain and a deep curiosity for how things work.
For the past ten years, I've been drawn to complex problems and the people they affect. I tend to think through the edges of a problem and look for patterns that help make better decisions. Whether I'm working on climate risk models or form builders, I approach each project with care, structure, and a bias toward clarity.
Today, I'm a product manager at Flodesk, where I focus on forms, AI, and data privacy. I've helped launch features that outperform industry benchmarks by 2x, built a partner program from the ground up, and shaped our early approach to AI, balancing what's technically possible with what's actually meaningful for our members. A lot of my time goes toward connecting dots across design, engineering, marketing, and legal, and trying to make it a little easier for the team to move forward together.
Before Flodesk, I was at Terrafuse AI, where I helped turn climate research into tools insurers could actually use. I launched two forecasting products that generated the company's first revenue, built our customer discovery process from scratch, and learned a lot about translating scientific depth into product decisions.
Earlier in my career, I worked at Accenture Federal Services, shipping large-scale government systems, including a grants platform that's funded $2.8 billion in medical research awards. That's where I learned how to navigate ambiguity inside complex organizations.
I studied mechanical engineering at Marquette and environmental engineering at Stanford, where I focused on environmental data science and sustainable water systems.
